Marrakech taught me color.

Tales from Morocco | Menara Airport

The honey-ocher days in Morocco are over and I’m ready to go home. My mind is bursting with colour, I see it every time I close my eyes and will probably see them for a long time after. These shades and especially the scent of coriander, cinnamon, turmeric and cardamon have permeated my skin and my soul. I have started to feel a little overwhelmed by the Spanish-Arab haze of tastes and Middle Eastern tabiets, and simply cannot wait to hug to death my lovely guys at home.

In terms of design, Menara Airport in Marrakesh is one of the most beautiful airports I have seen.

Take care Northern Africa and my dear Morocco, ’til the next time.

Wishing you a blissful day,
